i got my phone holder quite quickly, no shipping issues. the instructions are very clear for how to assemble, but it’s also a little self explanatory. the button to release the phone from the holder is on the center back which is a little inconvenient but it’s a very secure and smooth tightening/loosening mechanism which i really like. with the way it’s put together i expect this phone holder to last me a while and hold up well, at least as far as the joint is concerned, it’s not going to wear out fall down.
the hook is not metal as described and as it says on the box. instead, it is plastic. i hope it lasts does not break after the return period expires! i bought this item because it said the hook was metal. false advertising!
i purchased this a few months ago and unfortunately it does not work in my car’s air vents. i have a 2016 hyundai accent so they are pretty standard vents. seems well made otherwise but would have been nice if they had some kind of disclaimer about what vents it works with. now i just have this rolling around my cars backseat.
the connector piece doesn’t fit my car at all and also doesn’t fit my sister’s car so there should be at least a picture showing what the connector looks like my decision and buying the product or not it’s also very cumbersome
