this product was definitely used, as there was sticky dirty stuff on the handle at top that had a hair in it. also there was no instructions inside as usual. i like these bottles but as a consumer we should be told it was going to be used and get a discount.
the one disappointment in getting this water bottle was realizing the listing/photo is misleading! the photo/color sample makes the bottle itself look light pink with pink lettering for the brand name. the water bottle came and it is actually white with purple lettering. not the cute lil girly vibe i was wanting :/ is what it is, but just wanted to let others know.
the pictures elude you to believe one must depress the button to drink. you certainly can. just not laying down. depressing the button just releases the part you drink from.
