the diffuser is cute, compact, easily moved around and does a great job in what it’s supposed to. the only issue i’d say is that i ordered the one that is supposed to have a yellow/golden light and this diffuser doesn’t have it - not sure if it was falsely advertised or if the wrong product just got sent. otherwise it’s great for its price.
the instructions don't tell you how much oil to add. used half a bottle of oil and had little result. if you have to use a full bottle of oil every time it will become expensive to operate.
unfortunately, this was a completely useless product. we were in the process of some home improvement projects this summer and had thought this would make a great addition with essential oils. we only managed to open it and attempt to use it two days ago when we finally finished some installations. we followed all the instructions in the included booklet but the diffuser did not power on at all. the remote battery is fine. we even used a new one just to be sure. when connected with the wall plug, it does not even turn on. the lights, the mist, none of the buttons work. this was a major disappointment and now that we are beyond the return window, it’s also a complete waste of money. i would not recommend this product despite its appeal and secure packaging.
i really enjoyed it for the 2 months that it lasted. abruptly stopped. cleaned it as directed, used the recommended water, and it’s never been dropped on the floor.
i lookup up cordless and this is what i got .. this is the 2nd one i ordered that said cordlessthe pictures they show dont show a plug @ all .and non returnable… false advertising
this item was supposed to be new, however when i open the box the entire unit was wet and the reservoir was dirty and had left over oil and water in it. i was very disappointed that i paid new price for a used unit.
i’ve had lots of diffusers real expensive ones but this one i like the best works great has lights if wanted timer can actually smell the essential oil in our room
never used and still in box. no detail info to start. must clean and refill every 2 days. too much to keep up to use for relaxing. more work than advertised
