every picture shows two drawers. the item description is plural: expandable(11.7-19.7) heavy duty slide out drawers... beware, there is only one drawer in the package. yea, my fault for not reading the fine print, but its only getting two stars for the deception. at least change the item description to singular.
i had such high hopes for this product but it arrived out of the box broken with one of the tracks completely disassembled and greasy ball bearings falling out.i looked at the directions for guidance in hopes i might fix it myself, but they were basically two pictures that gave little insight into how this should be assembled. i’m pretty frustrated. i am returning and not asking for a replacement. buyer beware. do not recommend
this was a nightmare from the beginning. no written instructions. no labeling back from front. i first put the adhesive tape on the gliders and adjusted the unit to fit and pull out of the cabinet perfectly except when trying to take it out of the cabinet it continually slid back and forth out of the correct width. i used packing tape to hold it in place and thought everything would be fine. it worked fine until i took the tape off the sticky part to attach it to the cabinet. i stuck it in place and it wouldn’t budge a fraction of an inch. it wouldn’t glide it was stuck in place. i finally ended up ripping off the bottom part of the gliders and pulled it out leaving the strips of ball bearings in the bottom of the cabinet. my husband finally took two putty knives to pull the tape out of the bottom of the cabinet never again. it would have been a great shelf well made and sturdy but at least label front from back if there is one and give some written instructions it’s now totally worthless
i’m very disappointed, was looking forward to using this drawer in my pantry remodel. it took a long time to arrive, that was ok. i took it out of the package and the sliders fell right off and could not get it back together. there were no directions either. i threw it away.
deep into description it mentioned fits cabinets totally flat on the bottom, missed that and now it is too late to return.also, adhesive strip came in 3 shorter pieces than packing slip indicated, 2 longer ones.
