if yiu look at the pictures, the 1st picture shows in the refection on the glass lense of white image of the ceiling light. it shows circles, or spatters of the blue light film. the second picture, the right hand side, the white paper reflects back the spattering of the film.i can only conclude that by design, accident, machine failure, or lack of quality control, these glasses will not block blue light.i will be returning for full refund as they did not meet advertisement regarding product.
i ordered the two pack. i love the clear frames. the blue filter is a huge help at work in few ling with the fluorescent lights and the computer. and they’re very comfortable and they fit over my prescription glasses.my problem is with **** the pink frames **** they have a different tone to the lens and they make the computer screen/tv/cell phone image, darker and kind of a brown tone. ****is that the case for all of the pink frames? i am reluctant to return them because maybe that’s the way they’re made and it’s not a defect? but that is not disclosed in the product description. i need the same lens that is in the clear frames. could someone please contact me?
after wearing these for a year and still experiencing ocular headaches, i took these glasses to my optometrist and was very disappointed to find these do not block blue lights. the eye dr. and multiple assistants compared the lenses to their personal blue light glasses... and all confirmed that these don't work.the uv testing light and card that comes with it is a joke. the lenses block a black light (which you'll never be around), not the blue light that is emitted from screens. that's why the card looks like it works.you'd be surprised how many of these positive reviews are sponsored.
these glasses don't really seem to be blue light blocking. after the end of my work days, my eyes still feel sore. they seemed like regular glasses with a lens. if you are looking for blue light blocking, i recommend a different brand. this didn't cut it because i am sitting at a computer all day at work and these don't help my eyes.
as u can tell from the picture, the anti blue ray testing card is only proving that these apparently “blue light glasses” dont work waste of money . trust me, don’t buy it.
first of all, i think these are a great value for the money. with two pairs for only 2 dollars more than other items on amazon. i did not receive the ones pictured in the photo. it was the correct item but i think that the company has updated their glasses and not their photos on amazon. (the ones i received do not have the little wings on the side) i do see the yellow glare but it is not bad in comparison to some of the other reviews. i feel like they are great for fashion but not necessarily improving sleep.
glasses look clear but when you wear them they make the skin behind lense appear yellow and tinted. that is not what is shown here for purchase and not what i wanted.
