the glasses shape and style looked nice. however, the lens has a very obvious yellow tint to them. i have multiple blue light glasses that do not have a yellow tint. the images on the site do not show a yellow tint. i returned them because of the ugly yellow tint.
these are not great blue light glasses if that’s what you’re looking for. they hardly filter anything out compared to an old pair i have. they do however feel very sturdy and seem to be built very well. so if you need a nice looking pair of glasses for cheap, then these could work.
i'm not exactly sure how to use the card, so i shinned the blue-light onto the card and put my glasses on to see if it would change colors, but it barely did. but i tried shining the light through the glasses and onto the card and the card didn't change colors (meaning the blue light didn't go through), so the glasses might be blocking the blue light. i tried this technique with other glasses and the blue light went through the glasses and onto the card.
so let me be clear, these glasses are great style and durable for the price, i have had them for a couple of months now still in great shape. however, they are not “blue” light filter glasses, they might block uv light, but i would only recommend these if you are buying for fashion, great glasses for fashion, horrible at blocking blue light. 5/5 for style. 0/5 for false advertising and no blue light filtering.
they look very cute, but they do absolutely nothing to help block blue light. it actually hurt my eyes more wearing them (because it puts a completely useless lens in front of your eyes), so that completely defeats the purpose of preventing eye strain. i do not recommend these! i tried to return them but missed my window. total bummer.
i received a pair of used glasses, and i can tell because one of the lenses has a big scratch! this is not only unacceptable but obviously illegal (selling a used item as if it was new - for the price of a new item of course!). you can bet that i will take further actions.
