the product looks way thinner in the photos. it’s super heavy and uncomfortable to hold. i got over this in a few day, but once it ran out of battery, it wouldn’t charge anymore. it keeps blinking and not charging. had it plugged in for 3-4 hours still no response.
it serves its purpose as extending the phone battery life. but the case is much thicker than advertised. as well as advertised as working with magnetic phone mounts, it doesn’t, tried 3 different brand and style magnetic mounts. would not buy again
just receive the case, it pretty bulky compare to the picture shown. more like a 6000mah of bulkiness versus the 4500 mah listed. i guess you can use it if you're planning a long trip without access to electricity, will probably give you an extra 2 days of power.
i got this case super excited since i lost my official apple smart charging case. i got it and immediately charged it to be able to use it. when i went to use it, it wouldn’t charge my phone. i figured the ports were dirty, so i cleaned them with the provided swabs + alcohol. after cleaning i tried again and.. nothing. i pushed the phone deeper and.. nothing. the case turns on but it does not charge my phone complete waste of money. you’re better off looking for an external battery pack. if i could put 0 stars i would, but since i can’t i’ll put 1 star. i really am extremely disappointed that companies are selling things that do not work.
if you want to carry around a load of waste, buy this. cheap and not worth it, definitely not what is pictured and much thicker. waste of time sent mine back.
