this product was not useable. not an accurate description of size. my laptops did not fit into the case. it was too small and tight and had to squeeze my laptop into it. bought it to travel with and never used it. now the window to return closed and i’m stuck with 2 covers that don’t fit!
i did not realize this product came with a bag of silicone beads. it broke and got inside my macbook. i had to take it to the apple store to get it fixed. absolutely ridiculous and i’m still trying to get beads out of the bag to this day.
i purchased the 14-15 case and it's too large. regrettably, another order for the 13 was placed prior to returning the larger size. a return fee of $5 is charged for dropping it off at ups! that is not a free return. i've been dropping returns off at ups for free for many years and not sure why there's a charge now. had i known i would not have placed another order as much as i like the product. this is not an accurate listing of free returns. this is false advertising!
