the divider is just junk. don't even plan to buy for the divider. the divider is made so it hooks up to a door that's supposed to open. when you try to rig it to work otherwise, the dogs just slide right under it. kennel itself is nice. really like the latch, it is pretty nice. it didn't work for what i needed it for, but it still works, minus the divider.
my dog (mini labradoodle under 1) was able to tear apart the wires, the ones going from top to bottom he broke off and had them torn inside the crate. but the other one i bought for my other dog (corgi 3 years) was just fine. so i would only not recommend if your dog is a determined escaper
ours arrived with the bottom front support bent backwards at a 45 degree angle, preventing the front facing side from locking-in at the bottom and thus a warped/unstable frame. does not look like shipping damage because the bend was consistent on both sides. actually looks like a design defect. sent back and ordered another brand.
