once it was stuck down per illustration, it wouldn't slide out more than 4 inches. when i pulled it with more force, the drawer came out of the rails and there were misplaced bent strips containing the bearings. no directions to support replacing the strips and reinserting the drawer. i tried but gave up and pried off the rails before the adhesive stuck permanently. the metal front also bent and dented easily. i really wanted this to work so i could order more.
we put it in and we needed to take it off of the rails using the instructions that were in the ad on amazon. when we did that, the little bearings that slide it back-and-forth fell out and we can’t figure out how to put them back in and get it back together. it’s pretty useless without the rails and there are no instructions how to put them back together. a waste of money if you try to do that otherwise they’re great no way to contact the seller or ask questions about it to see if you can get instructions or help.
