disappointed that i can’t return or exchange since i did have decent luck with this until it just stopped connecting to my phone one day. followed instructions, cleaned the phone and case, still no luck. the case itself continues to charge and turn on. i guess go for it if you only need something for a few months.
it charges your phone very slowly and is not compatible with most non-apple chargers. the battery itself is enough to get a fully charge on your phone. used for a week and will toss. packaging was great and lots of accessories came with the product
it was purchased for my daughter, and unlike my case charger. her case charger won't charge while the phone's in the case like mine would. newdery are great cases.
***update***doesn't stay charged for long. losing connection to the cable in my car. took the phone out and the cable works fine. between not being wireless charging, not holding a charge, and losing connection, this is useless. pay attention to the return window, because this is dead after a couple months...i'm using this on my iphone 11 to stretch out the life before buying a new phone. the only drawback is not being able to use my bedside wireless charger anymore and i have to swap cables from my watch to lightning cable.
i liked that the case was pretty and pink. it came with some accessories. but the main issue is it didn’t work on my iphone 11. the light would come on like it was working but wouldn’t charge the phone.
product charges up, but does not charge my iphone 11. we follow the instructions about carefully sliding the phone into the case at the right angle, get it plugged in, but nothing happens. unfortunately, did not try it until after it was too late to return. :-(
i ordered 3 of these for the wife and kids. two of them didn’t work. you couldn’t charge the phone with the case on. also was not compatible with carplay. i kept one of them for my son that did charge correctly and he doesn’t use carplay.
it serves its purpose as extending the phone battery life. but the case is much thicker than advertised. as well as advertised as working with magnetic phone mounts, it doesn’t, tried 3 different brand and style magnetic mounts. would not buy again
straight out the box it was absolutely defective my phone didn’t recognize it. i thought it was my phone so i plugged several different chargers into my phone and they worked the case just didn’t and doesn’t work.
