the case is very well made and looks like it will provide great protection for the right laptop…but the macbook pro 14” is not one of them.the interior of the case is much to large for the macbook 14” causing it to slide around a great deal…not secure in the least.unfortunately, returning and looking for something “design” with the macbook pro 14” in mind.
this product is manufactured to fit various sizes of laptop, and is not the correct size for a 15 macbook air as advertised. the dimensions stated are also untrue. my measurements show that it is larger than advertised. my macbook 15 inch slides around inside of it, and the case itself is too big for the backpack that i bought.
this case does not fit the 2021 macbook pro 16 inch with the m1 pro/m1 max. the laptop is too thick and the case does not close. you need to update the listing description
i like the case. the hard shell is definitely present and there is the internal foaming that also gives good support. the sleeve however that is inside is perhaps made for macbook air. it gets super tight on the 14 inches macbook laptop. like i am all about the support for such an expensive computer but it was too tight to remove from the sleeve and felt uncomfortable. you don't want the laptop to suffocate and get super pressed.secondly. they sent me a case with marks on it. i have attached pictures. it's very simple. if i am buying a new product, send me a new product. this did not seem like a new product. it seems like someone else returned it and they sent it to me. wasn't too happy about that. i have asked for a replacement since i like the hard shell. i am a wedding coordinator and am on constant move so need the protection. but hoping, the new one they send me is scratch free. hope this review helps all! :)giving it a 3-star for now. will update once i get the new one.thanks!
