i had to return due to it being too tight for my macbook once i put the protective case. i did order the 15” though because i really like the sturdiness and protection from this brand!!! it is well padded and will be a great case once i get one that fits correctly.
i have a 15.6 laptop which i would assume can fit into this, but it does not. it is not able to fit within the carrying case which left me disappointed, however it does seem like a very nice case.
i really like the case. i just wish it was designed for the new macbook pro 14. it's just slightly too small. i have to force it in with a lot of effort. would only recommend for the older macbooks
despite the name stating this fits 14-inch laptops i highly suggest checking the actual measurements of your laptop length and note the internal dimensions of this item are actually 12.31”l x 8.71”w x 0.61h
i bought this as a replacement for the exact same item according to my order history in 2018. it was stolen from my office in a break in and fortunately i didn’t use it much so they only got that and not my actual laptop.the issue w this new one is that it barely fits my macbook and tough the zippers close, i can tell they will bust w more use because its so tight.furthermore what makes no sense from the description of the 14” sleeve it has these measurements:internal dimensions - 12.31 x 8.71 x 0.61”external dimensions - 13.3 x 9.84 x 1.1make the sleeve perfectly compatible with:14-inch macbook pro m1 pro/max a2442 2021what's in the box1 x 14-inch laptop sleeveyes its the wrong year but its still too small insidethis listing is using old reviews to promote an older product and changed the sleeve to be the newer one - 2021. this is not the same listing as the one i purchased in 2018 - listed as a 13” in my order history but still doesn’t fit, which is fine because products change but is very misleading. please make it make sense! returning this asap.
i was already hesitant reading how snug other 14in macbooks fit. i bought a slim case for my macbook, and i can't seat it in the case, let alone zip it. unfortunate because the next larger size will probably be too large and allow the macbook to bounce around.
got this since it advertised as being compatible with the new 2021 14” macbook m1 pro laptops.great little carrying case and snug interior, but it leaves an extra inch or so of space so the laptop kind of moves and shifts a lot more than i’d like it to.since there are virtually 0 actual compatible cases out there at the moment i’ll settle for this.
this case does not fit the new macbook air 13 very well. it is way too big, with an inch to spare each way. it bounces around a lot in the bag and is hard to stuff into the laptop flap as i intended. i mistakenly thought that new mean the most recently released macbook air in 2019. apparently the macbook air model number mentioned in the product description is for the old macbook air from 2018 which must be much larger. product description needs updating because this is confusing and misleading.it seems well constructed, quite thickly padded, and a good price for this quality level. unfortunately i ripped up the packaging before realizing it was too big so it cannot be returned. if it fit properly it would be exactly what i would like in a laptop sleep - corner insulation, thick padding, and seems quite durable, at a good price.
don’t buy this for the macbook pro 14” model like i did.the case is well designed and i really like it except my laptop doesn’t fit. will 100% be purchasing the correct version if they make one.
