i purchased this for my laptop. i do some traveling here and there. the color was a lot dimmer than the picture shows. the picture shows a nice professional dark purple but what i got was a cheap looking color purple. the zipper along the side is very small. hardly any space for a laptop plug-in. so, having a mouse or mouse pad and trying to travel with this case is out of the question. i do feel that if i dropped the case by accident my laptop would not get scratched as a result.
