i wish i had read the other reviews mentioning the absolute wrong mounting hardware comes supplied with this. the anchors and screws are mismatched so this does not hold weight at all and can be yanked right out with little force or weight. what a stupid mistake on the manufacturer’s part. i found this out the hard way after already drilling holes and installing anchors in the drywall. the product itself is ok. it’s just a small block of wood, so you might even consider making it yourself. but i’d not give my business to this seller/manufacturer if they’re going to give you inaccurate mounting hardware. no thank you, and screw you.
product looks great once mounted, but be warned. included hardware is not sturdy if using the included anchors. the anchor is too big for the screws and will strip once the weight of the guitar is on it (see picture). i had a guitar fall off the wall 2 minutes after mounting. however, i had some better anchors lying around, and a larger screw which made them very sturdy. once they were mounted they look great! so plan to buy better hardware before installing!
