i liked that it seems to hold quite a bit of power, and it kept our devices alive this weekend. but the description is inaccurate. this is only 65w out, whereas the pictures on their website show 100w out. returning due to that and just sticking with the cheaper model.
i bought this for charging my samsung tablet on long layovers, some flights and long drives. this power bank does this just fine charging the tablet twice with the capacity for at least one phone charge for someone to 75%.on long drives. because the tsa would not allow it on airplanes twice due the size i have given up taking on planes (one domestic and one international). lucky for me i had someone to give it to so it was not confiscated. i had to resort to my 10k power bank that only charges my tablet to 60/75% once. granted the description states: air travel ready: 25,000mah capacity] stay powered up during your travels with a substantial 25,000mah battery capacity. it offers multiple device charges and is airplane-friendly for on-the-go power, making long flights and layovers a breeze. i assumed it was tsa approved. i was wrong! that is why only 1 stars. correct the remarks that it can be used on an airplane but will not get passed the tsa. the committee of agents determined it was too big and a danger to the airplane.
fully charged the battery pack takes an ipad mini from 10% to a 100% and the battery pack is left with 40% charge. the ipad mini has a 19.3wh (5124mah) battery, so that is 17.37wh (4612mah) of energy out. at the same time when charging the battery pack on a power meter it goes up 10% for every 500mah below 60% and 1000mah above 60%. so the real capacity is nowhere near 25000mah. it's between 5000 and 10315mah.
this video review is not at all about the performance as i just received this and have not opened. it’s just to show the actual weight . it is much heavier than what is stated under product description. definite not 3 oz ( that’s thrice if a bag of chips?! . seller needs to correct error.
edit 11/07/23this is advertised as pps capable, however it's uncapable to provide super fast charging 2.0 to samsung galaxy s23 ultra. so if you intend to use that feature i recommend buying an anker 737 power bank. i will keep it cause i got a really low promotional price and it fairly does the job (charge), otherwise i would've returned it.11/05/23nice feeling to the touch . feels sturdy, well made. the screen is large and clear. it's not too heavy. i am with the purchase. thanks
i just received this power bank today and out of the box, it say 52% charge and plug in usb cable to charge however when i plug in this cable, it does not charge, i think i got a defective product; please let me know if i'm missing something
it’s quite big (but i knew it would be), and it does what the description says but if you have any cable plugged in, without it being plugged into a device, it will still drain the battery quite significantly. other portable chargers will only use the battery if it’s then connected to a device.
this is not a key to chare my laptop through the usb-c. i am using a high quality c to c cable that is rated for 100 watts so it should work.my amazon return widow expired underva week ago. it's now a glorified paperweight unless they offer to take it back. not as advertised. don't buy it for the 65 watt usb-c as it is not 65 watt at all. they should offer me a full refund immediately.
disappointed. takes too long to charge multiple phones. it’s pretty big in size which makes it awkward to carry around. at least it came with a protective cover. slow to recharge the battery pack and doesn’t perform as well as my previous one. would not recommend.update: a replacement was sent which seems to be working better and for that i am grateful. thanks
