the two piece set i ordered has been used, the locks have been reset so i can't open the 20, but i can open the 28 because the zipper is very thoroughly broken. the cherry on top is the luggage handling sticker that's still on the 28. ironically i'm flying to portland soon but the bag went there before i even bought it.
as long as you never ever have to check this bag in at the airport, it may work just fine for you. i used it as a carry on several times with no issue. however, the very first time i had to check it in, it came back with a crack in it that grew and grew and now the bag is not usable. this bag does not withstand any type of pressure or rough handling. would not buy it again.
i just used this bag for a first time for a weekend trip, and i liked how it was easy to maneuver, sturdy, the size seems right for a carry-on, and it looks sharp. however, considering that i mostly bought it for the extra laptop compartment, i was disappointed that after i had filled my bag, in this compartment there was not room for anything more than the thin laptop i have. i couldn’t fit my cord and adapter in there and didn’t even try to place anything else. also it is on the side of the bag which does not have a cover, thus to open/close the bag you'd have to set it down on top of the laptop. that is a major shortcoming in my view and now i’m debating whether i need to look for another bag with the same feature but better designed.
this suitcase is very small. i took off one star because it only has one handle to pick it up (on the top) it does not have a handle on the side. it rolled very easily and it lightweight but it is very small. i could not put my laptop in here because my clothes took up my space. if you are a small sized person with small clothes and do not take too many shoes, this bag is perfect for you.
handles gets stuck while fully extended, which sucks when you're boarding and annoying people while trying to get your luggage to fit in the overhead bin. only worked well for one trip. tried wd40 but it didn't help--i expected better quality at this price. wrong dimensions for some airlines as well. the laptop pocket doesn't work very well either, i feel like it's wasted space and you would be better served by carrying your laptop in a backpack instead. aesthetically, it's a nice looking bag and seems somewhat durable apart from the handle.
small size is good big bag zipper had issues on first trip and blew open on second. both times bag was packed small, well bellow 50 lbs limit. hard to get warranty and help from amazon
honestly, the color was perfect and the concept was cute. the only downfall of this luggage was simply the fact that it carries a significantly less amount than your typical carry on suitcase. the problem is the second compartment, while it sounds nifty to be able to put your laptop and other important paperwork there, the issue ends up that you dont have enough space for the main compartment. the main compartment already loses about 2 inches of space because the space for the handle is built into main compartment. the zipper handles were also kind of annoying as well because you had to move them a certain way to get them to zip smoothly. overall if you're the type of person who only needs to pack for 2-3 days, then yes this is the product for you otherwise if you plan to pack for about 4-7 days, or pack shoes, get a different carry on. this carry on also does very poorly with checked-baggage. i got back mine all scratched up and blackened.
after 7mos, it is cracked!!! i’ve never had a suitcase last this short amount of time.very small suitcase. might work well for a child as it’s easy to roll. but don’t expect high quality.
i bought this based on the great reviews. but it wasn't what i needed because there are so many separate compartments for toiletries, electronics and supplies, but barely any space inside the suitcase for clothes. i am traveling to europe soon and needed a suitcase that can fit a week's worth of clothes. the space was broken up into all these pockets and sections and wouldn't come close to storing everything i need to bring, so i returned it. turns out the carry on suitcase i already had has way more room inside.
3 of the 4 wheels on the larger suitcase broke off after 1 flight - extremely disappointing. otherwise, the carry on suitcase is small but overall durable and maneuvers great. only buy the small size.
not for a seasoned traveler. this is not expandable and not good for anything “heavy” (ladies you know how we pack). there are no handles on the sides to assist with lifting; this makes picking up the bag awkward and difficult if you have shoulder problems.if you have shoulder (rotator cuff) issues or impingements this may not be the bag to choose.
i like the idea but it’s smaller than a normal carry-on bag and there is no expansion zipper... i love the idea of the laptop area but it was so impractical for someone who typically takes a lot in their carry-on (mainly a pillow and blanket which wouldn’t fit in this at all - let alone with other items).
