this review is for the voova 11.6-12inch laptop sleeve. i ordered this for my macbook air 13.6 m2 laptop. the actual measurement of the laptop is 12 inches, so it fit perfect in this bag. the sleeve fit with ease inside my tote for extra protection when traveling. the sleeve isn't bulky at all. it has a handle and padded nicely. i thought this would be an excellent bag with the extra front zippers. the color i ordered was a very pretty purple, as shown online, however it's more deep wine/plum color. at first i thought it was black, which would have been better. there's an extremely strong chemical smell from this bag. the smell carried through the zippered plastic bag it shipped in. i previously ordered the larger size, but in gray. there was no smell at all, so i ordered this smaller bag. it would have been an excellent bag, and a good price. the strong smell and wrong color is the main reason it's getting returned. it shipped without any packaging other than the half-zipped bag from the manufacturer. i prefer a little more packaging, since it was left outside.
i ordered for the macbook air 13. the case was much larger than expected and the device moves around a lot inside it. i would have been better if it was more of a snug fit. i may have received one for the 15. otherwise, the quality looks quite good.
i bought this case for an ipad pro 12.9” because the listed weight is an amazing 3.52 oz., perfect for the small backpack that i will use on an overseas trip with an airline that has stingy weight and dimension restrictions.this case doesn’t weigh 3.52 oz or even close to it. try over 11 ounces. also, the case is at least an inch longer than it needs to be for an ipad pro 12.9”. i can’t bring myself to return a $12 item so i will keep it and probably use it at some point, not for this trip though.other than that it looks decent and will likely function as described.ho hum.
first, there's a picture and informations about inner protection frame on the description.but an actual product doesn't have it. the product is only covered with fabric and sponge inside.second, it also shows on the picture like the handle pulls in and out.no.the handle does not move.it is actually very short and tight with no extra room left.you can barely fit three fingers in without pushing the side of the bag.there's no way you can carry it like in the picture.lastly, if you are planning to put anything else in the bag besides the device, such as charger or mouse, you should consider buying one size bigger than what you are planning.the bag is pretty small and it doesn't stretch at all.to use this product as a protection cover, it is okay.but as a carrying case, not so much.
first thing that hit me taking this out of the packaging is how much it stinks and reeks like some chemical (as if it came from a big ohio train wreck). even though i threw it in my washer by itself with two detergent pods that have added deodorizers it still has the horrible smell. i havent traveled with it much yet so i do not have any durability or water resistance experience with it. fitment is somewhat of a joke. it is very tight on my 14 inch ultrabook (and the ultrabook barely slides in when the slim travel charger and mouse are in the bag's pockets.) the bag does have some really nice fuzzy lining though and it looks nice when it is holding my laptop and it feels secure. it has a professional and unisex look to it.if you have an ultrabook then it will work out decently for you. if you have any beefier of a laptop (or even a 14 gaming laptop) then this likely won't work. it also has enough pocket room for the basics (mouse, charger, hotspot, etc). you can't fit much more in the pockets (the pockets are only as deep as half the bag's width)
i have a 14” laptop. this sleeve fit very tightly. so tightly that the pockets do not fit anything inside. and so tightly that after less than 5 months of use, the zipper lost a tooth and no longer works. i’m disappointed. this bag is not very durable.
i thought that this was a little bit too big to fit into a backpack. it could be the size of my backpack. i dont think this is a bad product at all. just make sure you understand the size you are buying first.
the laptop fits snugged. if it would of been slightly bigger it would of been perfect. the handle it good for a kid not for an adult. other than that perfect for a kid. but would of been nice it it were bigger as the charger does not fit without being tight inside the bag.
quality seems really nice, actually very nice. i can't talk about durability because it doesn't fit my computer. i bought 2 of these because i have 2 asus 9450 expertbooks, that if the dimensions of the case were accurate, would have fit perfectly. but, no such luck - cases are too small. i'd like to see somebody stuff anything that measures what they claim as inside dimensions into this case - imo, it's not possible.
i spent a long time searching for a sleeve for my hp chromebook x360 14c with dimensions 12.66 x 8.11 x 0.71. my objective was a snug fit - without swimming inside.this product was close to winning.the material is beautiful and compared to neoprene sleeves this one is constructed from three layers.- high quality outside material that feels durable and looks very nice.- padding layer providing great level of protection- plush inner layer (you just want to cuddle with it)unfortunately the sleeve is narrower than advertised (and my chromebook is about 1.6mm wider than the advertised sleeve size. at the mouth (where the zipper is sewn) it can accept a computer that is about 12 wide (and not 12.6 as promised).also the stitches are rather wide - and that might be why other reviewers reported the handle being pulled out or seams ripped.i am sad because i would love to have this case - just give me the internal width 12.6 as it is advertised.
i bought this size (13in) on a lightning deal based on the specific mention of it being sized for a macbook pro 13in. as you can see the case is way too big to be considered a “sleeve” for this laptop. there’s around 2inches of extra room on top and at least one on the sides. the 11in case is the correct size for this laptop.customer service would not exchange for the right size at my deal price, despite this being due to their explicitly incorrect advertising about compatibility.case seems decent quality but beware sizing issues.
bought this for my dell 11 inch laptop and it is a very tight fit. being that its made out of neoprene with a felt like interior this item keeps my laptop way to hot if i put it away right after using it. don't even think about putting your laptop in here if you have it on sleep mode to go from one class to another because it will fry your laptop. the side pockets are sewn so tight there is no way you can get anything bigger than a charging cord in them (i have a very slim mouse and cannot close the zipper when i place it in the pocket). the fabric is nice i will give them that but they need to ditch the excess felt, make the item just a bit bigger and give the pockets some room.
