this thing is huge!!! obnoxiously huge!! it may be a good protective case, but it is so large that it makes it hard to use. really bad description of what fits.
i measured my laptop.. read the description properly before ordering. my laptop is a 16.5 dimension, this case they sent me is bigger than any computer i've seen. sadly i can't return because of where of live. will cost more retiring it than buying a new one. this is very disappointing though as this my third case ordering and they were all misleading sizes.. all on here. no more ordering for me
i ordered the 15.6 sleeve for my sons dell 15 xps. i didn't have my sons computer with me to measure his dimensions before i bought this, so i was having to trust seller estimates. i knew it might be a little big, but amazon only offers this product in 14 which was too small or the 15.6 which states external dimension is 15.7 inch x 11.5 inch x 1 inch, internal dimension is 15.5 inch x 11.2 inch x 0.8 inch the box i received was labeled 15.6 but appeared much larger than expected. the sleeve i received would probably fit a 17 laptop! the sleeve i was sent is 16.5-17 wide and 12 tall external. it is almost 3 too wide and 2 too tall, so there is no snug fit at all. it is way too big to offer good protection also adds too much bulk inside his backpack. will be returning. unfortunate as quality of padding seemed excellent
my macbook is 16 inches. it should not even fit in this case, or at least very tightly (i bought it for a computer that hasn’t arrived yet). the sizing is completely inaccurate. otherwise the quality is good, but not usable.
i only paid 5 or 6 dollars so i wasn’t expecting much. the material is strange and it’s way too big for my 15.6 laptop, other than that i don’t have any real complaint because it was so cheap.
i have a microsoft surface pro 4. 12.3 screen. i wanted a sleeve to add an extra layer of protection. wonderfully made. this was a great price during prime day. i received it, and it did fit. however, the corners were a tad tight, and you had to pay extra attention to zipping it so either the bag or laptop wouldn't get messed up. there were no spaces for cords. i do recommend this size for someone with a laptop or tablet that is less than 12.
i wanted something that would conform to the size of my ~15.6in lenovo thinkpad. this thing is way too big. i measured this sleeve at just over 19in (external dimensions).
purchased 15.6 inch sleeve. item description says external dimension length of 15.7''. measured myself and it is slightly over 16.5''. not a great fit. leaves a decent amount of room for my laptop to move around. will find another use for it and look for a better option.
i bought this for my 15.6 laptop which measures 17 diagonally. you can see it on top of the sleeve in the first photo, it is enormous! in the second photo, you can see it measures just shy of 19 diagonally.the laptop slides around and is thus less protected than one that is designed to properly fit this size of a laptop. unfortunately, the description and title for this listing are inaccurate and i am returning this item.
even though this laptop case is marketed as 14 i still had about an inch of excess fabric along the width. the quality seems perfectly fine but i will be returning as it does not snugly/comfortably fit my laptop.for reference, i have the lenovo ideapad flex 5 14
much too big. i could fit a thin 17 laptop inside the 15.6 case. get a case that fits your device better.the listed product dimensions are also incorrect: amazon claims the case is 15.7 inches long, but it is over 16 inches long.
