in the questions and answers section, the seller says that this case will fit the lenovo yoga 920, so i ordered based on that recommendation. my device does not fit in this sleeve, so i am returning it. aside from that, it does look like a nice case that would protect your device.
this is case #2 i've tried for my new macbook air 15. it's better than the first one i tried, but this is still not a perfect fit. i am keeping it, though, until something better comes along.along the long side, the case fits the mba 15 well; i'd prefer something a bit snugger, but that's just personal preference.along the short side, though, it's too big. there' s a good half inch of space for the mba 15 to jostle around. that is, the cavity is too big by about a half inch on the short side.thickness-wise it's too big as well. the mba 15 flops from top to bottom in the case.the case is therefore just good enough; it'll do right now.quality wise the case is good but not spectacular. the zipper is supposedly a ykk zipper, but i find it not being as smooth a motion as other ykk zippered things i have.
nice quality material. fits my macbook pro, then fits into my backpack. the only downside is the pocket is not big enough to carry the macbookpro charger, or a portable drive..
i had to return due to it being too tight for my macbook once i put the protective case. i did order the 15” though because i really like the sturdiness and protection from this brand!!! it is well padded and will be a great case once i get one that fits correctly.
the product description did not meet the product that was delivered. size delivered was 12ins, advertised was for 16ins. the materials and construction was great tho. returned product.
this was a very disappointing purchase. the description says it’s for a 15” macbook. i worked the corners for several minutes to get it to fit, very tight. the zipper was extremely difficult to zip, so i removed the laptop. i ordered a different brand of sleeve and gave this to my great grandson for toys. the extra zippered pocket on the front was great, just not useable as a macbook zippered sleeve.
description is false and misleading the seller needs to amend it. it was a waste of time purchasing this item therein.while it does appear to provide more than adequate padding; what's the use if what they advertise as accurate sizing in in fact not true.
i am a longtime tomtoc fan but this item is being sold under false pretenses. it is not for the 14-inch macbook pro. this is the defender a13 which is for the 13 macbook air. when you try to zip it up, you will see that there is very little room and the zippers will most likely scratch your machine. i returned mine.
i was so excited to get another tomtoc! well, i got my protection sleeve for my new macbookpro 16 that was prescribed for my laptop. it does not fit unless you push, prod and force it in and then it does not even zip up. tomtoc, you need to build a case for the 16' and not just say the 15.9 case will work. :(
it's a very high quality case. however it says it fits a 16 inch laptop and it doesn't. my 16-in inspiron can't even be squeezed into the shock absorbers. idk how a 16-in is supposed to fit at all.
its was a damn inch too small for another time in my life i couldnt get it to bloody fit and i was gutted , i have to fly in 3 days and now ive gotta run to staples , pisstake absolute mockery
the product seems high quality, but has a fatal design flaw... it doesn't protect corners like it implies. the bottom thick edge seems tough, but the laptop (2022 apple macbook pro 16 m1) easily slips overtop the protective edge since there is a lot of play in the case, not a super tight fit.
the materials and construction seem reasonable, but despite ordering the size specifically advertised to fit the 14 macbook pro, it feels like it's for a different, slightly larger laptop. the machine fits into the sleeve, but there's some wiggle room and overall not very secure. disappointing.
it's a little too small for the 16 macbook pro. you have to squeeze the corners over the corners of the laptop and it really doesn't fit it right. i was going to return it, but with the holidays, i just forgot and missed the window - stuck with it now. i'd look at other cases to protect the new macbook pros.
i really like the case. i just wish it was designed for the new macbook pro 14. it's just slightly too small. i have to force it in with a lot of effort. would only recommend for the older macbooks
i very rarely make reviews for items but this particular one has been very frustrating. i bought one of these laptop protectors for the new mac i recently got. my 2017 macbook air dimensions are 12.8 inches in width. i purchased the 13 inch protector thinking that it would be fine as it was only a very minute difference in size.unfortunately, that case didn’t fit so i went ahead and purchased the bigger 14 inch protector and it still doesn’t fit. what the hell is going on i’ve never been so frustrated having to deal with a piece of crap company. i’ve already started school and it’s very unfortunate that i’ve started the semester without feeling like my laptop is protected. i wish there was some good i could say about the product but unfortunately i haven’t gotten a chance to experience it and don’t find myself purchasing from this company ever again.
