this thing is enormous! not in a good way either. i have an 11.6 inch laptop so i ordered the 11.6 inch sleeve but this thing is so big my laptop practically swims in it. i could easily fit a 13 inch laptop with room to spare. so no, i wouldn't give this a recommendation because it's so gigantic your laptop will be sliding all around if you put this in a backpack. look elsewhere for much better protection that actually comes in the size that the seller claims.
cons: the case was bigger than described (ordered a 13.3 inch case and it's bigger than my 13.3 inch laptop). also, the zipper to the case came permanently stained yellow out of the packaging. if i cared more, i would return the case and select a new one. either way, i would not recommend this case due the size and apparent risk of stained products.pros: the case seems protective enough and a little water resistant, so at a basic level it gets the job done.
the item description reads 16.1 x 11.8 interior dimensions, which is true. if you did a little trig (or ordered one and measured it), you'd find the interior diagonal to be about 19.25 inches. plenty of room for a 17 inch laptop such as mine to slide around in.if you have an enormous 19 inch laptop, this is great. otherwise, get something smaller.(and no, i didn't order the wrong size or something stupid.)
very disappointing that my 16 laptop doesn't fit. the material appears durable and the padding is adequate for transporting a laptop from one place to another and looks like it would have suited my purpose as extra protection when i put my laptop inside my suitcase; however, it didn't fit so i'll either give it away or return it. there's nothing at all wrong with the quality of the laptop so i wish i could keep it.
i have a 15 inch macbook pro and it swims in the case - this is a poor fit and i am unhappy with it. it should be marketed toward people with larger computers. i am getting more and more disappointed with amazon products.
product says this is for the gram but it is too big for my laptop. there is too much excess material on sides and the laptop slides around too much once it is zipped up. this does not fit as indicated at all. color is as expected though.
i love the color (bright purple), but it's way too big for my 13.3 laptop. i don't feel like this sleeve will protect my laptop if it's sliding around inside it.
i bought 2 of these within the past few months, same item and size, just different color. i received two different sizes, though they were marked the same, so one of them is wrong. the larger one will still work, so i am keeping it, though the fit is sloppy. otherwise, they seem a good quality.
i have a 15 inch laptop. it shallows it. i like my sleeves to fit snug around my laptop so it doesn't shift around. not the case in this one. it could easily fit a 17 inch. very disappointed and misleading.
