i purchased their smallest size sleeve, which is supposed to be compatible with the 2021 macbook air. it is not. it’s way too big, so the computer bounces around inside it to the point that it’s useless as protective padding. i love the idea of the matching accessory bag, but i wish the sleeve itself fit as advertised.
almost a gash like permanent indent on the front of the laptop bag. the back has indentations as well, but not nearly as deep as the one on the front. the small bag it came with is great quality and what i expected the laptop bag to look like as well. :/ disappointing
i bought a 16” inch case and it doesn’t fit a dell 5577 15”. the size dimensions are not accurate. it came folded and full of ugly wrinkles. it’s impossible to remove that in neoprene material.
this was supposed to be for a 13-13.3” laptop but it is too large for my 13.3” macbook pro. there is approximately 2” of extra space in each direction when it’s zipped up. relatively nice materials but wrong sizing.

though it is at least an inch too big in length and width, i was hoping this decent-looking sleeve (i got it in blue) would provide an extra layer of padding while toting my 16” macbook around in a knapsack with an additional padded area for a laptop. unfortunately, my knapsack was accidentally dropped onto asphalt from a short distance, and the macbook was still dented in a corner (see photo) and electronics damaged. i have owned laptops since the late 1990’s, have always bought sleeves/pouches for them and have never had a laptop damaged this way. i’m going to have to find another sleeve solution.
i bought this size since the description listed my laptop, however the sleeve was too small to zip closed. so back it went. the quality seemed decent though, so it's too bad.
ordered 13 laptop sleeve, but instead got 13.3, which is too big for the laptop we bought.i don't know why the change, so i advise people to make sure you get what you ordered.now i can't change it because the time passed for return, i wish i could get the correct product, because it's pretty nice.
doesn’t fit very well - laptop is too loose inside to feel secure. i purchased the 13” for my macbook air 2020 with a clear cover on it. i carefully read the description to make sure it fit my specific model a2337, which it said that it would. but as you can see from the photos, i could easily fit two laptops in the bag. if it were snug, i would give it 5 stars. i am disappointed with this purchase.update: i contacted the manufacturer about the size. they responded that they intentionally made the bags larger as seen in the photos i sent so that people could store other things in the bag with the computer like accessories/adaptor, etc. i feel like this is information that should have been in the item description.
i love the color and the soft material, but the case is way too big. i bought it because the description says it is for the macbook 13-inch, and i was hoping it would fit snug. my computer has way too much room in the case, which reduces its protective capabilities. i would not have ordered if i knew it would not fit snugly.
yeah i wouldn't buy this again. i've used for 6 weeks and now i'm looking for something nicer, but if you want something suuuuper cheap for your expensive computer, this is it. also it didn't fit great, it seemed too large for my computer (16 macbook)....
i have the 13 in macbook air m-1, but accidentally ordered the 13.3 in size case. it fits but is very loose inside and doesn’t feel secure. definitely order the 13 in.
