the case does not fit snuggly around my macbook air 15in, rather it's loose and that's annoying. i wouldn't have bought knowing that it doesn't have a snug fit.
i've been using this for a month to transport my laptop in my purse a few times a week. somehow it has a grease stain and dirt stains with indents all over. got it in light blue. very loose fit on my 19in macbook pro. i wouldn't actually trust it to protect incase of a fall or if you aren't very careful with your bag. small pouch is too small to comfortably fit a charger so it's basically useless. unfortunate i missed the return window
i like the quality and the little gear bag that the main case came with ...... the main case was ordered for 2019 13 macbook air and a 13 case came .... it could be a little more snug to avoid wiggles when traveling or carrying.. overall dimesions (interior and exterior run 3/4 (width) and 1 larger (heigth) than what the description was on amazon site..... also note the way the cas is constructed, the laptop slips in between the piping on each of the zippered sides so the dimension is all the way to zipper and does little for edge protection...i may size down as other reviewers did and had good luck. a very strong room filling oil/chemical smell upon opening, 24hrs later its airing out.......for the money($17.99) its good quality for 2 pieces if the dimensions were closer todescription
i have the 13 in macbook air m-1, but accidentally ordered the 13.3 in size case. it fits but is very loose inside and doesn’t feel secure. definitely order the 13 in.
while the quality of this case seems nice and it does *technically* fit my laptop, it is not snug on the laptop. this leaves a lot of room around the computer to move around in the case. also it would be great if places could stop shipping products in their original packaging and put them in a shipping mailer.
the neoprene came a bit deformed so i flattened it out with some heavy books, it's mostly ok now but still a tiny bit lumpy. they could avoid this by not storing the 'extras' inside the sleeve, since it seems like weight on top of it over time (probably a huge stack of these) is what caused the deformation.the sleeve is not extremely tight on the macbook pro 16 (2023), and i would expect a bit more of a snug fit. that being said the sleeve does work well and seems to protect the laptop from any minor bumps. worth noting that if you put pressure on the zipper, it's easily possible for it to breach the inner padding and potentially scratch your laptop, so be careful that you do not allow this to happen. be aware when putting this in your bag and have the zipper in a location where it cannot be pressed inward.overall not an awesome product but not worth sending back or trying to find another. the included smaller pouch will fit a 140w power supply, some cables and small adapters, which is a nice bonus.
i trusted the good reviews and wish i hadn’t. i was super disappointed with how flimsy the material was. felt like cheap foam, and was loose around my computer.
