love that this came with a little bag for the adapter, but i can't give it 5 stars as i bought this to fit my 12inch laptop and got a size bigger for space, unfortunately this does not fit and won't zip to the top.
i needed a laptop sleeve for my new work computer as soon as possible, so i was really excited when i saw this product and its price. unfortunately, when i opened the packaging, i saw that it already had light brown stains on it (you can see them pretty clearly even in the photo) and the zipper looked like it was busted. i tried to unzip the sleeve, but couldn't because of the area (shown in the pictures) where the zipper is broken. i'm extremely disappointed. i understand the product is cheap, but it should at least be in good condition when it ships. for it to already be dirty and broken before it's even used is frustrating.
i had no complaints at first, it is really soft inside and nice outside. but, i've had for about 2 months and both zippers broke within a week. i am the only one who uses it and i store it away when not in use. it took awhile to unzip to get my laptop out and now it will not zip back up. upsetting cause i really liked this sleeve.
