i was all excited to get new, hard sided luggage. took my first trip and when i went to get my luggage from baggage claim, only to find the it jaguar open with clothes hanging out. somehow, the zippers separated from being thrown around. it didn't happen on the way home. i bought straps to put around the luggage in case it hairbrush again. and guess what?? it did! ugh time to shop for a new one
i like this luggage, however on the large luggage’s zipper shell side, the zipper keeps splitting. i pack my shoes on that side and when i open the luggage they all spill out. it’s very disappointing and does not work as intended with this.
unfortunately after only a couple months of having these the carry on zipper broke on the main compartment. i read other reviews about the zippers and didn’t listen i was only able to use the carry on twice.
the main zipper broke with normal wear and tear. i can still use the luggage, but it can no longer lock. i filled out a ticket on their website to see if the company would fix it and never received a response. before the zipper broke i loved this luggage, it's light weight and the the laptop compartment is very nice for business travel.
i am disappointed. i loved it. i have used it a lot considering i have had it for 7 months. but the zipper broke, it is scratched (which i don’t mind) and when you open the large one all the way, it rubbed on the ground and also broke. i loved it for 7 months and i’m sad i will be throwing it away now. if it came with a year warranty i would feel better
this is very much a you get what you pay for bag. it’s a very cute design and the outside material does indeed feel durable. however the zippers are stiff and i can already foresee this being an issue if the bag is even the slightest bit overpacked.also they sow in this guarantee paper and it is very difficult to remove without damaging the bag (worse than a mattress tag). it’s not perforated and i was not able to remove it completely— there is still a bit of paper sticking out from under the rubber portion that i won’t be able to get off. just a really questionable choice.
the suitcase zipper broke on the 3rd use. save your money and buy something else. the plastic completely ripped open causing the suitcase to open and zipper to come off the track.
i bought this suitcase in june 2023 and have used it twice since january 2024. the zipper broke yesterday and luckily there is 2 zippers so i used the other one but i'm shocked how cheap the quality is. i've had suitcases that have lasted for decades and have been extremely durable. don't recommend this purchase for the price.
this is about the larger suitcase: one side has a zipper flap to hold everything in. the other side only has a flimsy belt and after filling that side, when you open your luggage, everything on that side will fall out. i ended up putting my things on that side in a clear zippered bag so if it got opened by tsa my stuff wouldn’t fall out and get lost. the luggage is nice, it wheels easily and is light weight but sturdy. i would have given 5 stars if the larger luggage piece had a zipper enclosure on both sides of the interior.the small carry on 20” is nice. it won’t hold a lot but is light weight and i like the door thing that opens to hold a tablet or lap top and few other things.all of the tsa locks work great.the color is very nice.
first time using the big one since buying and when i was loading it up i noticed a pretty decent sized rip near the zipper. i bought this in 2021 but havent had to use the bigger one until now and it looked fine initially.
small size is good big bag zipper had issues on first trip and blew open on second. both times bag was packed small, well bellow 50 lbs limit. hard to get warranty and help from amazon
i really loved the look and price of this set! the wheels glide very well, butttt, this is my second set. my first, the zipper broke the first time i used it. i returned and got a new set. this time, the handle on the carry on started sticking the first time i used it. i held up the line getting on the plane because the handle wouldn’t go down. after that, everytime i would use the handle, it took forever to get it back down to use it. i won’t be buying a third set. i’m going to try a different brand this time.
i've only used this bigger luggage once since i bought it a year ago. on our recent trip to asia for 2 1/2 weeks, the luggage held up fine on the 1st week in japan. on the second week in vietnam it got a big dent, i guess it got thrown around in the checked luggage area. i also noticed that the zipper looks pretty bad already but never occurred to me that i need something to support it. on our last leg of the trip when we made it home to the us we found the luggage in the baggage claim carousel wide open because the zipper broke. it's pretty embarrassing to be the last one to leave with broken luggage. i just can't believe this luggage had so many great reviews when it is the worst one i've or anyone ever seen. i will definitely stay away from this brand or something like it.
honestly, the color was perfect and the concept was cute. the only downfall of this luggage was simply the fact that it carries a significantly less amount than your typical carry on suitcase. the problem is the second compartment, while it sounds nifty to be able to put your laptop and other important paperwork there, the issue ends up that you dont have enough space for the main compartment. the main compartment already loses about 2 inches of space because the space for the handle is built into main compartment. the zipper handles were also kind of annoying as well because you had to move them a certain way to get them to zip smoothly. overall if you're the type of person who only needs to pack for 2-3 days, then yes this is the product for you otherwise if you plan to pack for about 4-7 days, or pack shoes, get a different carry on. this carry on also does very poorly with checked-baggage. i got back mine all scratched up and blackened.
