this sleeve was great at first, however, after 5 months the zipper broke. i messaged the company through amazon and heard nothing back. will not purchase from this company again.
i love everything about this except the zipper. it literally doesn't zip. the head will move along the tracks without a care about the open zipper behind it. since the handle is perpendicular to the opening, it'd be super easy for your laptop to fall out.one star for the awesome fabric, and another for the so so sized side pockets, which are nice for a charger+pen+yubikey+cable+whatever else.
i purchased the item voova 11 11.6 12 inch laptop sleeve case, waterproof tablet cover bag compatible with macbook air 11 12, surface pro 7+/7/6/5/4, surface laptop go 2, hp samsung acer asus chromebook with handle, black at amazon (see order attached) on 10/27/2022 and the zipper just broke. how can i get a warranty to cover it since amazon says that there is a warranty?
the stated internal dimensions appear to be the external dimensions, will not fit a device which should fit.lenovo chromebook dimensions 12.2 x 8.43 x 0.67 -- claimed internal size 12.6(l)x 8.8(w)x 0.8(t)incheswon't zipper closed.
when i first got it, i thought the quality the bag was amazing, after time... it started giving me issues, the zipper was hard to close and eventually came off. so not happy! now i can’t close it at all. have to get a different case.
my son used this case for his school-issued chromebook only during school, and the teeth for the zipper and the fabric surrounding it is already broken so it won’t close to keep the laptop contained. i’m extremely disappointed. he even used his own birthday money to purchase this as he thought it would be an “upgrade” from the one the school issued.
pros: i like the design of the case; it's professional but not boring. the pockets are the right size to hold cords and a few small items. the zipper pulls on the pockets can be tucked out of sight for a more sleek look. the interior is very soft and does a great job of cushioning my chromebook. chromebook fits inside perfectly.cons: a snag appeared next to the zipper the first time i tried to zip it closed. so now, every single time i unzip it to take my computer out, i have to tug and work the zipper around this snag. (see pictures.) it's very frustrating to deal with multiple times a day, so unfortunately i'll be returning this case. i wish the material around the zipper was better quality so it didn't snag so easily.
i bought this for my son to use for his chromebook. the pull broke off the zipper after a couple of weeks. i added a keychain for him to be able to open it. the zipper completely broke after 9 months of use and now we are shopping for a new one. he did have a water bottle leak in his backpack and the case did keep his laptop from getting wet and it offers ample cushion if dropped. i'm just disappointed that the zipper did not last.
the product case was shuffled in multiple places and the zip was too tight .... i had purchased a product earlier from them which was great but now i don’t to buy any more .... don’t want to go through the exchange process again so looking for another one which i can pick from an apple store or best buy
sleeve zipper broke within 2 weeks of use. bought it 3 weeks before school started. unfortunately the 30 day return period closed. the sleeve was not overstuffed
