cons: the case was bigger than described (ordered a 13.3 inch case and it's bigger than my 13.3 inch laptop). also, the zipper to the case came permanently stained yellow out of the packaging. if i cared more, i would return the case and select a new one. either way, i would not recommend this case due the size and apparent risk of stained products.pros: the case seems protective enough and a little water resistant, so at a basic level it gets the job done.
it worked well for my laptop over the first month but then the zipper spontaneously broke off and i can’t fix it. out of the return window. will purchase a different case
disappointed with purchase, as it was intended to be for a new hp pavillion-16, which contrary to what is stated in the item description, does not fit.the rounded corners of the sleeve reduce the actual internal volume space to the point that the laptop width and length doesn't fit properly all the way to the flat edges and extends beyond the path of the zipper.there is insufficient wiggle room to try a snug fit without risking damaging both, the laptop and the zipper of the sleeve.i am keeping it anyways for the older 15'6 hp laptop this new 16 is replacing.
unsatisfactory product. bought it a month ago and used it for my hp computer. the zipper broke so quickly. i hate how unsustainable products like this are.
a nice item but a sticky zipper that likes to jam after very little use. makes a nice seat cushion also on hard plastic chairs. a good fit for pc and good protection, too bad about the zipper
bought for an 11 year old girl. fairly rough kid. so far it's good. second day zipper came off. i slipped it back on. used a pair of pliers to close it to prevent it from happening again.
the case itself is fairly low quality, however its worst aspect by far is the zipper. i put it throughworse still, the manufacturer has been unhelpful in providing support for the issue. if you're looking for a laptop case, definitely go with another brand.
the zipper pull fell off within a week and it attracts fur/dust like nobodies business but it's the color as pictured and serves it's purpose at this price point.
had sleeve for 2.5 months. zipper broke and is unrepairable. has never been overloaded or abused, just normal use twice a week when i would pack up the laptop to take to work. low quality item.
