my 15 month old got this for christmas and loved it. it was an indoor toy (we have hardwood on our first floor) and before we knew it, she was riding around just loving life. we took it out on the sidewalk maybe 5 times? well last week, she is riding it down a long hallway inside (shes now 19 months and very well versed on this bike!) while i'm cooking dinner and bam she makes a turn and a back wheel comes flying off, she tumbles to the ground (totally fine but scared + crying, rebounded quickly no worries). wtf? my husband, an engineer, is trying to put the wheel back on but it's not working. i looked and saw some other reviewers had a similar issue. shouldn't do this after only a few months of light use - hopefully the company can make it right!
i bought this for my 18 month old. the back wheels hit his feet every time he tries to push off, slowing him down and stopping his momentum. he usually just gives up. maybe when his legs get longer it will be better for him.
first off i want to state that my toddler loves this bike, he just learned how to ride around the house confidently. after 4 months of every other day use the front tire just came off and now the bike is unrideable. my kiddo will be sad that his favorite bike is now out of commission.
my daughter isn’t two yet, certainly hasn’t abused this or ridden it hard, but sure enough riding through our house, a back wheel popped off and she came crashing down.. not sure why it inscrewed and popped off, but definitely a safety hazard. not sure if but this again or recommend anyone doing so. :(
update: the seller was amazing and contacted me to make it right. thank you seller. if you do order this product, you'll be in good hands if something does go wrong.in the first week my son got this, the wheel fell off. because of the way it's built, it doesnt just screw back on. so it's completely unusable. waste of money.
i bought the bike several months ago. not so happy about it. it's hard to ride it since the back wheels are thick and take a lot of space. my son's legs don't have much space for movement. the bike looks nice though
my just under two yr old had an unfortunate bump into the wall (not very hard since he’s little) and the wheels started to come apart. i was able to figure it out and screw it back on but not to as it was originally because of the way the wheels are blocking one side. the front wheels are also falling apart. only ridden this inside and have had it for about 4 weeks. it’s pretty pricy for it to be breaking so soon. but my son loves it so much. it’s the perfect size for him. just wish it were built sturdier! maybe it’s just our specific product. he really does love it
good bike but rear wheel detached while our son was riding it and now there’s no way to screw it back on. wanted to exchange but window has closed so now we’re stuck with a broken sereed bike
this was such a fun gift to watch my kids play with. it’s well made with no risk of scratching up the floor.however after just a few days, one of the wheels just came off and was not able to be reattached to the bike properly. a bearing on the inside of the wheel kept falling out and since this piece was a choking hazard, we had to toss it out.
my son loved this bike so much. one day he was riding it normally and the back wheels fell off. we immediately took it and tried to fix it but found the actual plastic snapped. my son is 19 months old and 27 pounds. the plastic should not have snapped. i have tried contacting the company with no response. we are disappointed.
my son has really enjoyed this bike over the last 3 1/2 months. unfortunately today while he was riding it one of the back wheels broke off making my son off off
my 1.5 yo loved this bike so much. we got for christmas. the return date expired on jan 31 and the wheel popped off. we’ve made every attempt to restore the wheel back into the barring and nothing has worked. :(
our toddler loves riding this little bike around the house. we only had it for 4 months then the wheels fell off and can’t be repaired. we’ve to put it back together but now we have to throw it away
notice that none of the reviews for this bike show a child riding it for more than a few seconds? it's because it's not fun or easy to ride. the wheels are stiff, the seat doesn't adjust, and her heels hit the back wheels. sure, it looks neat. but what's the point if it just sits in the corner forever? don't waste your money on something your kid won't use.
wheels are too narrow and bike easily topples (especially when turning). bought these for our 16 month old twins and they fall every time they try and ride them. design is nice, but not functional. would not recommend.
