i bought this suitcase because of features for separate laptop pocket ( awesome space) and locks on the case. perfect size for carryon. wheels maneuverability are terrible. ended up dragging because wheels were stuck and dropping case when wheels got stuck on small bump. wheels didn’t roll and one fell off. sharp looking case and the size is perfect. just cant keep broken wheels /non function. returned.
had the whole front pocket come unattached. it was something with the zipper. loved the color and set but it just didn't hold up well for me after one use.
received luggage all looked good until i opened the 28” suitcase and the one if the straps to secure clothing was detached from the case, not a good start for this product and it seems unclear how to contact company to deal with this. so far disappointed in this purchase and no time to deal with a replacement
