i never leave reviews but this humidifier made me super frustrated :( i ordered it because it had a lot of great reviews, but when it first arrived, one of the buttons was broken. i returned it and got a replacement, but the new one i got also had a broken button, but on a different button. i didn’t want to return it again so so kept it and connected it to my phone which was great and it was working just fine w the app. however, after a few days it started leaking out the bottom and has caused a lot of problems. i love when it’s working but the broken buttons and leaking was a really big problem :(
this diffuser worked great until it started beeping and water and essential oil went all over the floor. this is the third diffuser that i’ve had like this and unfortunately they all do the same-last a few months then stop working while leaking water and essential oil everywhere.
bought this product 3 months ago, didn’t put out a lot of scent but i was ok with that. went to fill it the other day and the whole bottom started leaking water. i only use filtered, distilled water, so this should not have happened. will not replace it with the same brand
i purchased this product in april 2023 because it was rated the #1 best seller. i gave it 2 stars only for the fact it lasted about a year and i was able to use it a dozen times, else i would’ve given it only 1 star. i cannot stress enough that i gave the diffuser a thorough cleaning after each use. i never let old oil residue sit in the reservoir. that being said, i filled it up to use it last night and water proceeded to flood from the bottom of the reservoir into the electronics casing below while it was being ran until the device stopped working- although the led light never shut off. i feel extremely lucky it didn’t cause a house fire. water and electricity aren’t known for playing together very well. i don’t know if this is a known issue with this device or if i am just that unlucky, but i feel the need to say something. my review could save lives and/or homes.
would not turn on after 3 months of purchase. when hitting the power button it would beep and water would sputter up for a split second then nothing. the light would stay working if i turned it on, however. tried cleaning it, unplugging it, refreshing the water in it, nothing fixed it. i did like the product when it was working but i would not recommend to waste money on this one.
it stopped working after a few days of using it !! mist barley comes out and it leaks from the bottom . i loved it so much after a couple days , misted beautifully . will not buy again and want a refund️
we were happy using this diffuser but it stopped working in the third month. when i disassembled it, the case was wet inside and the plastic was crushing on disassembling. the pcb had some visible damage due to the leakage. the water level was always under the maximum mark.
for the first 3 months this diffuser worked great. i can only assume the essential oils caused the rubber like seals to deteriorate and subsequently cause the unit to leak.
the diffuser worked fine for 10 months. won't turn on now. i took it apart and found water must have leaked internally as there was water on the board under it (and not from getting water in the air outlet).one warning as well, do not let oil spill. ate through the finish on our dresser.
works ok it’s bluetooth but the device itself constantly needs to be plugged in, it’s not chargeable or battery operated.the worst thing about this is that it left a big puddle of water behind each time i tried to use it and i couldn’t seem to find the source of the leak.no matter how much oil i added into the water i felt like i wasn’t getting any scent from the diffuser, my eyes and throat actually just got irritated at one point.i followed all directions to a t but my last straw was when i went to plug the cord into the device itself and it sparked!don’t get this.
i had this for a little over a month. was working great, until it started stopping the diffusing part on it's own. it will still be full of water but it wasn't blowing hard enough to come out. this happens every few days. i would stop it, clean it out make sure it wasn't clogged or anything. but after a few days it would do it again. now, it just shuts off on its own after running for only a few. i did check the setting to make sure i didn't have it on a timer or anything and i don't. so i am very disappointed.
this was great unil it wasn't and it's just over 6 months old! leaked off the stand on to a laminate wood floor. i really liked this remote control diffuser because it's next to silent, has muliple light and spray settings that fill the room quickly with ambiance and aroma. which is why i'm torn on ordering another one or taking the same chance on another brand! the return window is over.
