this thing fits my 2021 16 macbook pro like a glove. i couldn't be happier with the fit. however, the corners are not reinforced as the description suggests. also, mine came with a couple of dark stains on it. a little disappointed in the quality control. someone in an earlier review mentioned that the inside scratched their macbook. i honestly don't see how that is possible. the inside is as soft as bunny fur. if it wasn't for the stains and the lack of reinforced corners, this would be a five star review.
i bought this to protect my macbook when using in a leather bag that had minimal bottom padding. the main reason i chose this was the advertised “corner armor” protection with rubber material.i was very disappointed to see that the bottom has actually the thinnest padding out of all the surrounding edges with absolutely zero special corner protection and no armor or rubber material. on the inside, there is no insert as described by the qa and other reviews. not sure if mine’s was just missing or they no longer come with it.if you want this specifically for bottom protection, look elsewhere.
