when i opened the package i found that the case was wrinkled on both sides. i discovered that the stitching was uneven and the tag and side pocket were sewn on crooked. instead of having a pocket running parallel to the top of the case i saw a pocket sewn at an angle. obviously the company who manufactured this case has no quality control in place. this item should never have been packaged up for shipment. what a disappointment. i arranged to return the case the next morning.
hello all.i am writing this review because i just received the laptop sleeve today and i am a little disappointed. i've taken pictures, the product is the exact same color as you can see the packaging was very nice as well as it did come with a warranty label. the issue that i did have with the product is shown in the pictures there was fraying around the handle area or one side with the thread sticking out as well as on the opposite end i'm a little more of somewhat of loose threads. when i examine the inside i was a little confused about the closure in the stitching it seems as though there is loose fabric around the cushion ends of the case. i took a couple of pictures to see i did it them in the inside and out. i bought the product because i am in school full-time and i work full time i need something that can handle that everyday movement of being put in a book bag or just everyday movements. i love the product don't get me wrong so far it is beautiful and i will also post a review within a month or two to see how the product actually holds up.
