it fits my dell 15.6 laptop very easily (a snug fit) which is good. the outer material feels strong enough. however, the protective padding is too thin. i do not feel comfortable that if i should drop it my computer would escape injury. also, there is no protective padding in the corners or the bottom of the case opposite the handle or any of the sides for that matter, just the fleece lining. for the price ($18.96 when i bought it), i am disappointed.
i have the 2017 13 macbook pro - when you put the laptop in, there's almost over an inch extra in width and your laptop just slides around inside. it does not feel secure and the sliding makes the padding feel more ineffective. material is stiff when first opened, but fairly sturdy.
