first, read carefully. the picture shows two eye masks, both grey or one grey and one lavender. you only get one mask. second, the strap is not long enough. i had to stretch it to its limit, and the tiny piece of velcro would not hold. i have long hair, and the velcro automatically tangled in my hair when it came loose.if you have a smaller head and very short/shaved hair, you may like the product. it has a strong eucalyptus scent and warms in the microwave in 30-60 seconds, depending on the microwave and your temperature preference.i am returning the product.
i have a fairly small to average circumference head and strap is way too tight (it is elastic but child size). when it is strapped to my head it smushes my eyeballs (because the elastic band is too small. smells nice though.
i like the mask overall, but the strap is trash. low quality elastic that stretches quickly, and the tiny plastic link they use to connect the two pieces turns sideways while the strap bunches up. it's a shame - nice mask but a lousy strap.
might be ok if lying on back but i'm a side sleeper. every time i moved my head the mask would shift on my face. that made it annoying and uncomfortable. i tried tightening the strap but that did help any. not possible for me to sleep with it.
unfortunately, i had to send this mask back because the straps did not fit around my hair. i think unless your hair lays completely flat then the straps will be a struggle to get around. the velcro also got caught in my hair several times.
