i liked previous reviews so i figured this was a good buy. it's all right. sturdy? sure. easy to clean, so-so. the walls when taking out are short. okay i saw that. what i didn't account for was the litter getting on the floor during scooping. not just during scooping, i swept before bedtime. in the morning it was like i neglected the sweeping. i'm going back to the older box.
product didn’t work for my cats. i appreciated the top exit, but it didn’t stop the litter from being any cleaner. when my cats dug around, the litter came out of the entry door and litter also gets stuck in the back area. also when scooping the litter, the side walls aren’t tall enough and litter falls out of the sides if i’m not careful.
my cats are possibly just used to peeing down the side walls of their previous walled-in little box, but because of the foldable nature of the walls of this litter box my cats pee through the cracks and it gets on the floor. my cats also don’t understand how to use the push door, but then again they have never used something like this before. anyway, having to get a different kind of litter box because i’m tired of cleaning up pee off the floor.
