if you're interested in high quality sound from your headphones, look elsewhere. if you're willing to compromise and want headphones that are adequate but unremarkable, and if price is a big factor, these will do.pros:- low price- adjustable to fit any size head- comfortable and light weightcons:- short cord. if you don't want to sit within 3 feet of your audio source, get headphones with a longer cord or go for wireless/bluetooth headphones.- sound quality is maybe a bit above mediocre. i listened to a sports event and a number of different streamed songs. the audio for the sports event sounded hollow and tinny. the music sound quality was much better, but the bass was lacking, no matter how i adjusted the tone and volume controls on my laptop.bottom line: buy these if audio quality is not a major concern for you (probably if you only listen to audio books and stuff like that). if you're really into music, save up and buy really good headphones when you can afford them.
sound is pretty good, but the cord is ridiculously short. it’s hard to imagine what this would actually be good for. it makes it pretty unusable for me
although they work, the ear pieces are more for a child, than an adult, they don't cover your ears completely. the cord is very short, which is disappointing. you get what you pay for in this case. other than that, they work, would be great for a kid, not for me.
uncomfortable, even for on-ear headphones. tinny, shallow sound quality. cord is short and prone to grab other things it brushes against. right-angle head exacerbates the issue and makes plugging into extensions a challenge. jack may be slightly off-spec as pops and one-side cut-outs are frequent when plugged into an extension cable that allows any sort of movement.yes, it's $9—but you will almost certainly regret not spending more. a little startled sony would put the brand name on this.
sound quality is alright from what i can make out, better than other headphones at $10-15, but volume is too low to really be certain, even at max, and i can't avoid ripping the cable out from doing anything while at my computer with my setup (sitting back in my chair, turning my head, sneezing hard, etc).if you expect to use them for much more besides your phone, get something with a longer cord or an extension. and personally, i don't think these are even conversational volume. if you want a jamming music session... look at another tier higher from sony. they have some great stuff, and some... it's accurately priced haha.
i love when the cable gets tangled into anything in the mot improbable way possible and then proceeds to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect because it moved a bit when i turned my headedit a week later: lying down on bed listening to music promptly causes my pair to completely lose its crap and start disconnecting and reconnecting like crazy, because having me and my phone flat on a bed is such an intensive and difficult activity.and of course this is inmediately after the return period is over and the support website is for a tv????, so no refunds or anything for a lemon
these headphones are cheap and worth even less. the ear cups are fixed so they fit terrible and are uncomfortable. the cable is short will just about reach to my computer from the desk chair. add to that terrible sound quality and your get a little less than you pay for with these. look elsewhere.
my son sat on the cord while it was connected to his phone and this happened. glad i didn't pay a lot for them but i won't be purchasing these again even though they say sony.
they sound great, but the size of them gives me a really bad headache after a while from the way they put pressure on my ears. also the cord is super short.
yeah i know, you get what you pay for. but the reviews were good and i needed a holdover headset because my headphones broke. but i honestly would probably be happier without sound than with these.they're tiny, they're very uncomfortable, the sound quality is muffled and horrible, the max volume is a joke, and the cord is so short that i keep tugging things around anytime i move my head at all.even the headphones i wore in my computers class back in high school were better than these.
