i was excited to to receive this carry on luggage set for my trip (by car a few hours away) to visit relatives this weekend. sorely disappointed to get a previously used set.when it arrived. i paid for new, not used or refurbished. there is a long scratch on the front of the case. the outer shell has several scuff marks on it. none of the tags were on it and the manual is missing. there was no outer wrapping/protection on the outside of the carry on to protect it during shipping (i am only assuming that this would be there to avoid any shipping damages.). the plastic wrapping on the cosmetic case wasn't sealed (ok, no biggie) but looks as though a dog had chewed it up. also there's a few scuff marks on the cosmetic case. the clear plastic sticker with the tsa lock code appears to have been removed and replaced. all of this is a deal breaker for me so i will be returning it.now for some of the good things. the teal color is gorgeous. it's a vibrant blue teal, not green. i purchased a separate power bank since it's not included and it connects with no issues and a nice size storage pocket for it. my large15 s8 ultra tablet fits in front just fine but not my 17 laptop. i rarely travel with my laptop anymore and it would fit inside or i have a different case for it anyways. i only mention it for context. there's a spacious cold pocket for food . there's a few more pockets that is great for keeping cords and charging bricks organized. there are buckles so you can just tilt the front part open or undo the buckles to fully open. the spinner wheels work as expected and rolled and turned smoothly. the extension handle felt secure as it locked in place. the interior is nice and roomy and even expands for even more room. there is a few zippered compartments to keep your things neat and organized. the cosmetic case is is a great size and has a detachable carry handle. the set seems to be well made and of decent quality for the price. since i only got it an hour or so ago, i can't say anything about how it will hold up over time.overall, i really like this set. it suits my needs pretty well. and yes, i would recommend it at this point. i will be returning this one though and reordering. i will update this review later on to reflect what happens with the reorder/exchange.

the color really makes this set stand out. it got broken in right away as the first trip i ended up having to check it through. didn't know what i'd find at the destination! there were a couple black scrapes on it but otherwise not damaged. weathered the rough treatment this time. but i won't do that again! i don't know if it could take it twice. the elastics inside which hold your clothes in place are sturdy enough but the buckle broke within minutes. i had packed light so there was very little stress on the buckle. now i have to use a small bungee cord to lash the two elastics together. also, where they are sewn into the sides of the suitcase may break soon. poorly done. very disappointed in that. on the cosmetic case - i love that! it holds everything! the buckles on this one held up this time. but they're cheap and thin so i don't expect them to last long. with this cosmetic case i was able to put everything in with room leftover. i moved my credit cards and id cards to a small holder and got a clutch purse big enough to hold my iphone max. i put the clutch purse inside the case so i wouldn't have to carry the case all over my destination. worked very well. so i only had these two small things on my delta flight. everything fit marvelously! very easy to put the suitcase in the overhead bin. fit easily. small case went under the seat with room leftover. oh! before i forget, the suitcase has a place for your laptop. the laptop would be well protected here but i don't know considering how rough luggage is treated how it would fare if you checked your luggage. but if you didn't it's worth using.

it's light weight like it says but flimsy/cheaply made compared to my american tourister suit case. i love the color and locking mechanism. it scratches easy and one of the handles are wobbly right off the bat. it gets one star from me because it looks fancy but cheaply made. the inside where the liner goes doesn't even have a proper zipper.

i only got two of my luggage’s missing everything else and my luggage was scratched

i ordered this carry on luggage and when i opened the box there was a scratch on the front. i asked for a replacement. i received the replacement today and there is a bubble on the front. i paid over $100 for this piece of luggage and did not expect there to be flaws. i am not sure what i will do, return it and just get a refund. im so frustrated.

easy to get scratch. i used it once for out of country. placed it in the baggage. found out there's pretty deep scratch.

over all i like it. nice features. its a good looking set, wheels worked great. handle arms could use a little beefing up, not alot, but some.i purchased this set over others for the front lap top pocket, unfortunately if you put in the items pictured in it, it likely won't zip closed. i have a small surface go that fit in the pocket next to my power pack. a larger one would overlap a power pack making it harder to close. no matter what i put in the insulated pocket across from the surface go, it either would not close, or i was concerned a bump on the front when closed might damage the computer. only other smaller issue is i got the black set and it seems to scratch easily.

scuff marks all over upon unpacking. i didn’t pay for used luggage. very disappointed as my trip is in 3 days.

i was so excited to find the luggage but it got complete worm when i used it once!!! scratched and dented. and it is not as light as it shoulde be. i am very disappointed.

the case over all was very nice, compact, easy to handle. it did scratch fairly easily in the airplane overhead. however, the clip on the strap broke on the very first usage.

zipper came off during first week of use because the fabric wasn’t finished where it was supposed to be. also the finish scratches comes off extremely easy. highly recommend spending a little more for a better product.
