the design of the guitar holder itself leaves much to be desired. the neck support, which is supposed to cradle the guitar's neck gently, is too narrow and fails to provide a snug fit for my acoustic guitar. this not only makes the guitar wobble precariously but also puts undue stress on the neck, risking damage over time.
an hour after setting a electric guitar on it the hanger started falling out of the wall. pulled everything out and now my wall and the guitar is totally wrecked. poor quality item!
