it looks nice, well padded and everything but it does no protection. dropped my macbook when traveling, and it dented it right away. accidentally dropped it again and it ripped right through.
this didn't provide any protection for my son's computer while he carried it in his backpack to school. the corners of his dell broke after 3 months and now in less than a year the zipper has broken too. the worst!
this product greatly disappointed me. had a case like this for a chrome book which was much thicker and protective. this one is paper thin and not protective at all. even the exterior fabric feels crappier. i have to spend more money now to get a case that will actually work. awful.
this product does not look as nice as it does in the pictures! there are several spots in the stitching where the threads are loose and the color looks like a dirty gray/brown rather than a nice light color like in the picture. the material is so cheap and thin that i'm not sure it would protect my laptop if it was dropped while in the case. if you can get past all of that... there are plenty of pouches and storage spaces for the laptop and accessories (which is the main reason i chose this item over others). would not recommend overall.
if the case falls at a corner or edge, especially at zipper edge, there is zero padding. i added foam there because i need to use it now, instead of return, but wish i hadn’t bought this. look for one instead that says 360 degree protection.
you get what you pay for. not the most protective case out there but it'll do the job if you just need it to protect your laptop from stuff in your backpack.
it's okay. it works. but it has quite a few flaws.first, the protective material does not go through the edges, leaving my laptop susceptible to damage when the case is inside of a backpack.second, the overall design is completely different than how it looks in the picture. in the picture, it seems very fashionable. however, in person, it looks like old fabric and it becomes baggy when my 15.6 inch laptop is inside of it.third, it's overpriced. what sparked me to write this review was when i found a laptop case that looked and felt better at the store for the same price and even included extras.overall, this product works. but it's not worth the high price tag. it feels like something i could get for $5 at five below. way too overpriced. and it does not even include a carrying strap. however, if you want that, it'll be an extra $5!
