arrived in a damaged box, inside the machine was dirty. after cleaned it works fine. it’s a little nosy but not overwhelming. ice quality could be better. not slow but not fast. size is fine.
overall, yes this ice maker makes ice. however, the ice does not stay frozen. the machine's cooling system to keep the ice cold has a major design flaw. it never keeps the ice cold; but by the time i grab some ice, it has already halfway melted. another con is that it randomly will turn on when it wants to. you can't set a time for the machine to make ice. lastly, this ice machine is super loud. this ice machine is not quiet. you'd think that it sitting on a countertop would be quiet...it's not!!! overall, it makes ice but definitely not worth what they are asking. i would pay $30 max for this ice maker.
