this has got to be one of the worst things i bought on amazon. this is a negative 10 rating. why is it so difficult to set up? it's like a scam. first i can't get it to register. then, i search on line and roku has no customer suport number? - not that it would have made much difference.the search mechanism in this streaming craze is one of the worst user interfaces ever created. i have to peck through letters with arrow keys to type a search phrase? ugh. the firestick too leaves a lot to be desired but at least it works.it's too late for me to return this item so it is going in the garbage where it belongs.
para latam al menos, no trae ninguno de los supuestos 400 canales gratis, en realidad la interface es muy básica, no trae ni siquiera el roku channel ni tampoco conexión con antena de aire, por lo cual solo cumple con la parte de streaming (para lo que lógicamente nadie en latam lo busca), cabe agregar que lo compré para utilizar tv de aire y aprovechar el roku channel con los supuestos “400 canales gratis ”, pero no trajo nada de eso siendo que en la información del producto lo trae estipulado.
i ordered a replacement unit as i am not able to find roku channel nor hulu nor anmazon prime .i have watched some of the u tube video s on my computer but i have no search statement and i could not find store . i will keep trying but feel tha the pictures on the box gives a false impression that hulu and prime and roku channel are preloaded . how do i get them added??/
