this is a nice feature to have for a carryon luggage. however the pocket for the laptop gets pushed when you load the side for clothes. my regular carry on luggage was a better option when i traveled for work. i will still use this but only if travelling light and just maybe a few days.
this was a very flimsy bag and it’s now completely broken after 2 trips. first the zipper broke now the side paneling plastic is completely disintegrated. do not recommend especially if your planning on using the front laptop pocket. it is not structurally sound.
handles gets stuck while fully extended, which sucks when you're boarding and annoying people while trying to get your luggage to fit in the overhead bin. only worked well for one trip. tried wd40 but it didn't help--i expected better quality at this price. wrong dimensions for some airlines as well. the laptop pocket doesn't work very well either, i feel like it's wasted space and you would be better served by carrying your laptop in a backpack instead. aesthetically, it's a nice looking bag and seems somewhat durable apart from the handle.
bought this suitcase about a month and a half ago, used it twice and the zipper broke. i was excited about this suitcase because it had a spot for a lap top, but when the laptop was in the suitcase, you lose significant space inside your suitcase, even though the spot for your laptop is outside the suitcase. this made the suitcase not as functional as i had hoped. however, the 2nd, and now last time i used this suitcase, i didn't have my lap top and the zipper broke. i wouldn't recommend this product, it has it poorly made, not durable and not functional.
i love the fact that this suitcase has the front pocket for electronics, and an interior organizer on the zippered compartment. however- if you try to put more than 3-4 days worth of clothes, the organizers in/out become useless. i did 1 week of clothes, 2 pair shoes, and used space bags. i couldn't fit anything in the organizer, and my 15 laptop barely fit. nothing else can go in the front pocket w/electronic or it may cause damage when you close it. i kept it, but am disappointed.
i bought this based on the great reviews. but it wasn't what i needed because there are so many separate compartments for toiletries, electronics and supplies, but barely any space inside the suitcase for clothes. i am traveling to europe soon and needed a suitcase that can fit a week's worth of clothes. the space was broken up into all these pockets and sections and wouldn't come close to storing everything i need to bring, so i returned it. turns out the carry on suitcase i already had has way more room inside.
update: i emailed the customer service about the broken suitcase and received a reply very quickly and was offered $50 partial refund to cover my trouble. i emailed back saying that i would prefer a replacement since i wanted a working suitcase to begin with. they replied very quickly again and offered $68.5 which is 50% of the price i paid. very interesting claim processing indeed. it still isn't a working suitcase, but i decided to settle. added one star to my original one star review for their customer service's prompt response.for the large check-in piece, the piece of plastic that the wheel was attach broke off after just one trip from nyc to warsaw. the small carry-on is very charming, but if you want to put your laptop in, there is really not much room for other things for that half of the suitcase, but it is still very handy to store the laptop. i definitely recommend the carry-on only.
i want to love this luggage, but it just arrived and the outer pocket on the carry on will not open. i haven't set the combination code yet. i have to return the bags.
