my 9 year old loved this but the jack got compromised and sound only came from 1 side. used these for 2 weeks.we have utilized nool brand for years and this hasn’t happened.
the sound quality is excellent for the price. that is why i kept on buying it again after it broke. but this is my 3rd pair now and the same thing broke. the input jack gets bent super easily eventually damaging the connection and making the headphone unusable. i definitely was not hard on it. this is my 3rd pair so i was being super careful not to bend the jack but again it bent. i am positive this is a quality issue and probably why this unit is so cheap. sound is great but these headphones will not last and i am not buying it a 3rd time.
normal wear and tear but jack snapped today. purchased early may. chatted with a sony rep only to be told it’s not covered under warranty. disappointed in their support.
they were working great for my 8 year old. no complaints. then only 3 months after purchase the headphone jack broke off inside his chromebook. i'm not impressed. i purchased the sony brand name, willing to pay a bit more with hope of quality materials... very disappointing.
