this item does not provide the type of protection we expected. not much protection for a computer. if there were information available for this item, we would not wasted our time with the purchase. could have looked for a better protection system. but, you did manage to sell one more piece of crap. we will be keeping an eye out for a better system from another source.
i was fairly impressed with this 14 laptop carrying case. it was one of the cheapest available with a handle, and was exactly what i needed!the laptop storage area (which uses a zipper), is soft and padded inside, meaning that my laptop remained safe inside from everything except excessive drops or force. the outer pouch for accessories was surprisingly accommodating for my laptop charger, wireless earbuds (in their case), and a few things such as a pencil pouch or chap-stick.on the top of drops, no corner padding!! my laptop now has two scuffs/ dents on either corner from dropping it while in this carrying case, but i assume the damage would have been worse without.the only drawback to this carrying case (hence my 3-star review), was the durability. within a few months, the outer layer of the handle was falling apart, but the actual handle is fine! the handle itself is attached very securely to the laptop pouch, while the part covering the handle has gotten loose over time. it never failed, even with me walking every single day at school for the past ~5 months. unfortunately, i now need to purchase another laptop case because the zipper tore itself apart. maybe this is from excessive use, maybe force, i do not know. all i can say is that for the past two days, the zipper had begun falling apart and has finally come detached from the laptop case itself, meaning that it is no longer suitable for carrying my laptop. it worked well while it lasted, will be trying another brand in the hop of better durability.
purchased this for my acer spin 713 chromebook 2021 model. does fit and close but the fit is very tight around the zipper corners. has decent foam padding on the top and bottom but very little foam padding around the edges. more than likely any sort of side impact drop would not provide much protection. nice looking case overall. if you want a little extra room go up to the next size. i wanted a fairly snug fit but not quite this snug but it will do.
sleeve case bag looks like it is well made with very water rrsistant outer matererial. case corners are not well protected. case handle is not comfortable to hold. cheap zipper on the outer pocket just failed after one and one half months. there are much better alternatives. shame i can no longer return this one. i just had to purchase a better case. of course the good case costs over twice what this one dors
