poorly written, and full of useless scientific detail explained by a novice. attempting to explain how silica crystals are used to manufacture solar panels. while some might be interested in knowing, it was rudimentarily and incompletly explained… but who cares anyway. i want to know about being a solar panel system. not a useful how to book.
lots of spelling errors, did anyone proof this? also, i’m pretty sure all the graphics were originally color, but there are no color slides in the book so many of the graphs are difficult to interpret.the flow of the text is difficult to learn from; the go from basic concepts “what is ac? what is dc” to using many technical terms with out any explanation.the person or group who wrote this obviously had a wealth of knowledge; too bad they are poor communicators.
simply put, this book is very poorly-written.it's not just that it's confusing, but that its language simply doesn't make sense.two examples from the first two pages:energy can be described in many ways, but basically, energy is referred to as the capacity of developing a specific work.what, exactly, does developing a specific work mean? and given that this is the first definition provided, and we haven't yet defined work...then there's this on the next page:the load is the element that receives electricity from performing some sort of work.receives from? what does that mean? and he still hasn't defined work. and as far as i can tell, he never does.
