i love these pants cause they’re bellbottoms. i am 5 foot usually when i buy short they fit perfectly. these are way too long. i would walk on them. i wish you could get shorter ones. if so, let me know. thank you victoria mcconnell.
these jeans were atrocious and looked nothing like the photograph. they are high wasted, coming up to my belly button. the actual flares themselves are comically huge… they remind me of.jnco jeans from the 90s with how huge they were. on top of that, they are super duper long. pretty disappointed overall and immediately returned.
i listened to the reviews that these run big so i ordered a smaller size which is too tight. my regular size would’ve probably worked. i am also 5‘4“ and the short are a tad long in flats but ultimately the length is ok but just know that i am only 5‘4“ and the short work for me in flats. i would recommend ordering your normal size. i weigh about 152 and the 10 were too tight for me though doable but ultimately not the comfort i was looking for. i’ll return these, but i don’t think i’ll get the size up. i’ll probably just pass on these.
in i early to mid 70’s in high school this was the style of choice for jeans . paired it with a midrift top with high waisted bell bottom jeans but little more flared from knees down not tight and then belled at bottom like early 60’s to early 70’s .this style was more school friendly than bells. fit more body shapes also and was flattering to many teens pre teens that were maturing and didn’t want hip hugger tight through thighs then looked like bells .you wore with latest platform shoes due to lengths were long. midriff tops that covered midriff skin or you were sent home. they were more flared than tight and belles from knee but were snug from hip to below knee. trouser almost but curved slightly. fit below waist but not extreme below belly button. the more extreme were for weekends at parties no principles or teachers checking shirt lengths. yes with platform shoes . these styles accommodated classroom and office no skin unless play volleyball in gym but we had to wear gym clothes but our 1 piece short body suit gym clothes satisfied any sports wel played. polyester was king then , ugh. sweaty fabric but was wash and wear, mom’s loved it. the hip hugger styles tight through rear to below knee that was indeed big bell was more weekend parties dance clubs that required exceptionally toned body then very few could pull it off. i could not. it require a little stomach showing. length was long on pants but the mile high platform shoes made the perfect length . i look back now and think how did we stood wearing 20lbs of fabric from waist down especially in the south . it was very hot
i am just a hair under 5’7” and these jeans are inches too long. they drag on the floor. i even tried putting on shoes, boots, and they still drag on the floor. i don’t know if that’s how they are supposed to look but i wouldn’t consider buying the medium/regular length unless you’re 5’9”
they say they're 12 short. there's a sticker that also claims these are 12 short. these are not 12 short. these are regular length. i have always worn the short version of jeans and whatever these claim to be they are not it. it's more noticeable because they're flared pants. i'm not even that short at 5'4. i should not have to wear heels to wear these! i will have to return or the bottoms will be destroyed in a month.
i have been a long-time customer and buyer of lee jeans. normally the inseam-length is perfect in the regular sizing. i have never had to purchase the petite or short length. unfortunately, both pairs that bought ran very long. i had bought a size 12 a size 14...as i have been actively losing weight, so i wasn't sure what size i'd need. however, despite the size 12 still being too small, not only were they also too long. the sized 14 jeans fit perfectly everywhere except in the length. otherwise the overall quality seemed the usual good quality and construction...just the length was too long. if needed would consider repurchasing in the future, but if they do not fix the issue with the length, i'll have to leave this long term relationship...and say good bye.
i purchased these pants in the short version, i am 5 foot 3. they were still 3 inches too long. if you are a petite woman don’t bother buying these pants.
totally cute and comfy, just crazy long, even the short length. i'm going to try to shrink them, then cut them at the bottom but great price and otherwise really nice looking. shirt girls, just be ready!
i bought a 10s am about 5” 150lbs, inseam is meant to be 31’ for short but when i measured it seems to be 7’ longer which is wayyyy too long for me and makes the pants drag on the ground even with shoes. the pants did fit nicely though.
the jeans were comfy, liked the feel of the fabric, and they fit great. made me look fantastic! the fabric was soft but good quality - didn’t feel thin like i would rub a hole in the inner thigh after a few wears, lol. and they had just enough stretch to feel like i could move with zero restriction without feeling “stretchy.” however… they say mid rise, and maybe that definition has changed with the high rise and ultra high rise pants that have been popular the last several years, but these fit much more like high rise. i’m personally not a fan of high rise, just can’t stand the feeling of jeans up that high, so i was very disappointed. i reluctantly had to return them. they are also extremely long, and i ordered the regular length! unless you have proportionally very long legs or will be wearing these with 4+ inch heels, probably go with the short length. or get them tailored. unfortunately, these were not a win. i absolutely would have kept them if the rise wasn’t so high.
i wore these a couple times over the past 2 weeks and was walking thru the grocery store when someone informed me my pants were ripped. i'm extremely disappointed. they are cute and fit really well but they completely separated at the pocket seam.
