it's light weight like it says but flimsy/cheaply made compared to my american tourister suit case. i love the color and locking mechanism. it scratches easy and one of the handles are wobbly right off the bat. it gets one star from me because it looks fancy but cheaply made. the inside where the liner goes doesn't even have a proper zipper.
i purchased this item on july 17th, 2023, and the handle broke on me already. i travel about once a month and i used this as strictly a carryon so no one other me had handled it. i honestly thought this product would've lasted longer than this.
cons- shiny surface easily dulled by rubbing surfaces; interior small ; handle weak wobbles; zipper broke off during transitpro- looks shiny ; easy maneuverability; front compartment stores a 16 inch laptop also my ipad room for accessories.
over all i like it. nice features. its a good looking set, wheels worked great. handle arms could use a little beefing up, not alot, but some.i purchased this set over others for the front lap top pocket, unfortunately if you put in the items pictured in it, it likely won't zip closed. i have a small surface go that fit in the pocket next to my power pack. a larger one would overlap a power pack making it harder to close. no matter what i put in the insulated pocket across from the surface go, it either would not close, or i was concerned a bump on the front when closed might damage the computer. only other smaller issue is i got the black set and it seems to scratch easily.
i loved this luggage the first 3 months as it was light, rolled easily and held a lot! six months after purchase the handle won’t go down easily anymore and the plastic cracked. i am a frequent traveler and am sadly still searching for a durable bag!
this was the first time that i used this luggage. i carried this piece of luggage onto the plane both going and returning from my travels. on the return trip, the handle would not retract back into its original spot. i wanted to return this defective piece but the time frame for returning is december 3. i just got home on december 8 from a three week stay. am i stuck with this luggage that is not useable?
the size was perfect for the strict carryon restrictions that united airlines has. problem was the handle was terrible when trying to collapse it back down. it would stick and i was really worried that i wouldn’t be able to get in back in.
i was excited for this suitcase because it had the small case for the top and the compartment on the front. both of these features were great, and i was happy with those. however, when i tried to use the usb port to charge my phone, it did not work at all, despite having charged it all night. also, the handle is finicky. it does not want to stay all the way up in a locked position. it will lock in a mid-level position, but only with some amount of effort and finagling. over all, i wish i had gone with a different suitcase, as the issues with the handle make it a pain to deal with when juggling multiple pieces of luggage.
i purchased this for my sister for christmas. the handle went up without a problem but now will not go back down all the way. cannot return to amazon because it is over 30 days and i cannot find a manufacturer website to contact them. buyer beware, this product is defective!
