i bought this for my lenovo laptop. unfortunately, the handle was torn after minimal use. only recommend to use as laptop protection but not a carrier for sure.
this case is exactly what we were looking for. sadly, after a year of light use, the zipper and handle are broken. the handle came unstitched right away. now the zipper is unusable. very disappointing because the case itself looks brand new. i don’t think that the zipper quality stands up to the quality of the rest of the bag.
i've been using mine for quite couple months and had to put it down because i see a rip around the seam. now i have yo buy another one to carry my chrome book in.
did not last a year, the strap handle stitching broke. hard to clean the lighter fabric. repels water well, decent zippers and interior fabric padding.
love this case and have been using it for almost a year but recently the top small handle ripped off and i have barely used the handle to carry it by. could have damaged the computer and was not pleased with how easily that tore. other than that it is a great product but needs to be replaced. one star on durability due to the handle ripping and almost damaging my laptop.
really disappointed! this seemed like a great fit for my kids dell laptop but unfortunately 2 wks into college, and the handle ripped. and trust me, he's not rough on stuff he's still using his backpack from hs.
bought this for my lenovo slim pro 7 and the carrier strap broke almost immediately and has deteriorated ever since. will only recommend it as a sleeve to avoid scratches and not a carry case. whatever you do, do not use the handle!!!! ridiculous design for the side pocket. not enough to fit my 11 in 1 display adapter. serious design flaws need to be fixed before someone loses their laptop.
i bought this for my son’s chromebook, for school. he has used it for three weeks and the stitching for the handle has already torn, making the handle useless. cheap quality. i do not recommend!!
this started out as a nice inexpensive laptop sleeve, but after less than 3 months of infrequent use, the handle has ripped and is falling apart. very disappointed by the quality of the product and now it's outside of the return window. do not buy!
i squeezed my 17.3 laptop in it and the zipper gave way! the handle seems weak i wouldnt trust it and its on the side not on the top! very disapointing. i traded a friend with a smaller laptop, so i didnt have to send it back. i got the busted zipper back on track, and without the strain of to tighter fit it held so far.
the case has good padding and fit my laptop well. i do travel and take my computer with me often so having the handle is nice. although i’m disappoint that the handle broke within 3 months of buying and now it is too late to return or replace.
within a year of purchase the handle broke and the zipper is pulling away from the fabric. the fit is a little tight for a lenovo chromebook. that probably explains the wear and tear on the zipper. please note that my tween may have not used it gingerly though.
