beautiful color, traveled all the way from nyc to morocco completely empty did not realize that the suitcase would give us this much problems paid to check in this bag only to not be able to use it, and yes we tried the 000 code and that didn't work . not to mention this should have come with a separate carry on which it deff did not u can stick ur hand in and see theres nothing inside the suitcase .we don't want this suitcase and postal service wont let us ship it without spending so much money on a box to fit this 28 inch defective case. we are beyond upset.
so far i am a bit satisfied with the suitcase the pink color is my favorite. but it came with a stain i was shock! i tried to clean it up but it’s not coming out i don’t know if they gave me a suitcase that was returned by a customer. the extendable handle feels cheap and when u try to extend it, it gets hard but i will see how it goes one’s i travel if not i might return it. (will update u guys!)updates!!sorry if i updated late but i returned it.
