i just got my water bottle today, august 16th and after i took all the wrapping off i realized that there is a dent and deep scratches already on my water bottle.
the cup is nice for keeping fluid cold. however, i dropped this out of my hand once and it got dented. i’ve had other off-brand tumblers that i’ve driven off on top of my car and was able to sustain fall without dents. the sip feature is nice but for the price and lack of durability, i would look else where. i emailed the company and the poor resolution since it was a user error by dropping. i only had for 4 months.
i ordered this water bottle when it was on a sale. i have been super excited to try it! my kids have owala water bottles and we love them. unfortunately when i received the item the button was broken from off the top and there were already several dents. super sad.i love the colors though!
